The Walt Disney World Resort is located across the cities of Bay Lake and Lake Buena Vista, Florida, with both municipalities controlled by the Walt Disney Company. Best known for the theme parks, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and the Animal Kingdom, the resort is also home to Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Disney Springs (shopping center), four golf courses and over 30 hotels. Upon entering the Disney World resort area, guests drive under the iconic “Walt Disney World” sign marking the beginning of the magic.
