Just when we thought wed rid ourselves of those pesky Disney World construction walls , we were wrong. EPCOT just underwent a major transformation , ending with the grand opening of CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza. The project took years and left EPCOT looking more like WALLCOT. But, it looks like we, unfortunately, havent seen the last of the mess at EPCOT with the now closed Test Track....
