Sebastians Bistro is now temporarily closed, as the restaurant undergoes refurbishment. We were recently at Caribbean Beach Resort, and heard from a Cast Member that Sebastians Bistro will be closed for a week. This is now up to date on Disney Worlds site. The Cast Member told us that the refurbishment taking place is to redo the floors of the restaurant. There was a sign posted up on the door....
