On February 9th , there is going to be a very rare and special parade moment in Magic Kingdom to officially bring in Black History Month festivities at Disney World. The parade will be led by Toya Johnson Rushing as honorary Grand Marshal. You can watch the parade along the parade route and down Main Street, U.S.A.
