The reflecting pool refurbishment in EPCOTs World Celebration neighborhood appears to be nearing completion. We visited the park earlier today and found that crews have removed the metal staircase that had provided access. That is one of the clearest signs that work is winding down. River rock now covers the entire basin, and the reddish brown finish spotted last month has been applied everywhere....
