Test Track 3.0 at EPCOT is finally running at full capacity. Since the attractions July 2025 reopening, Cast Members have only utilized 75% of the load station. Rows 7 and 8 were not used, and there was no car dispatched. During a recent visit to EPCOT, we found Cast Members loading all eight rows for the first time.
